Pricing With Nothing Hidden
You Only Pay When You Get Paid
Every fee is listed below. No fine print, no surprise line items. Fees come out of the rent we collect, so you pay nothing out of pocket up front.
Full-Suite Management
10%of collected rent
You pay on rent we actually collect, not on rent that is merely scheduled. If a unit sits empty, you owe no management fee on it.
Straight Fees
- New tenant placement$350 flat per unit
- Lease renewal$450 per renewal
- Vendor coordination$15 flat per work order
We hold a refundable $250 per unit operating reserve in trust to cover day-to-day expenses. That is your money, not a fee, and it is returned to you when management ends.
No setup fee
No onboarding charge to bring your property on board. We start working, not billing.
No vendor markups
You pay the actual invoice. We do not pad repair or vendor bills to skim a margin.
No early-termination fees
