Nicole Sherman
Born and raised in Hawaii with a background in hospitality and tourism. Co-owns Top Tier Investment Firm and is licensed in Nebraska where she has been brokering investment real estate for 4 years. Runs the entire property management operation: tenant communications, maintenance, lease admin, vendor management, financial reporting, and owner relations.
